Note: Regional client accounts that cover multiple agencies functioning in a cooperative or unified system from a single dispatch center can be established. These regional client accounts are custom priced, based on several key factors. The price will typically reflect a significant savings over separate individual agency accounts for each fire department, but certain limitations may apply. Call for a custom quote or additional information.


Initial Account Setup Fee

The Initial Account Setup Fee is paid one time at the initial setup of an account. This Initial Account Setup Fee covers the initial setup of an agency’s account, segregation of their private cloud server storage space, initial licensing fees for our various map services, and StreetWise® server integration with the client’s dispatch center. The initial subscription services will be created to allow individually identified data exchange between each client tablet and the StreetWise® server, and any alert groups will be prepared and tested. Client-supplied GIS hydrant point layers (from ESRI ArcMap or similar software) are obtained from your local utility companies and prepared by our staff, then installed in the system. The desktop StreetWise® Console application is provided to the client.
