StreetWise CADlink® Tablet MDT Software

Account Initiation Fee

Account Initiation Fee

The Account Initiation Fee is paid one time at the initial setup of an account. This Account Initiation Fee covers the initial setup of an agency’s account, segregation of their private cloud server storage space, initial licensing fees for our various map services, and StreetWise® server integration with the client’s dispatch center. The initial subscription services will be created to allow individually identified data exchange between each client tablet and the StreetWise® server, and any alert groups will be prepared and tested. Client-supplied GIS hydrant point layers (from ESRI ArcMap or similar software) are obtained from your local utility companies and prepared by our staff, then installed in the system. The desktop StreetWise® Console application is provided to the client.

Single Agency with 1 to 5 MDT Devices $1,500
Single Agency with 6 to 10 MDT Devices $2,000
Single Agency with 11 to 20 MDT Devices $2,500
Single Agency with 21to 30 MDT Devices $3,000
Single Agency with 31 or more MDT Devices $3,500
Regional or County-Wide Accounts Discounts Available For Group Sales Quoted on a Case-By-Case basis

Note: Regional client accounts that cover multiple agencies functioning in a cooperative or unified system from a single dispatch center can be established. These regional client accounts are custom priced, based on several key factors. The price will typically reflect a significant savings over separate individual agency accounts for each fire department, but certain limitations may apply. Call for a custom quote or additional information.

If you are purchasing a new Pierce apparatus and have included the full StreetWise subscription option in your specifications, your Account Initiation Fee is already included in your Pierce option pricing. You will still need a subscription for the device.

Device Subscription Fee

Device Subscription Fee – $15.00 each MDT device, per month

Each client tablet MDT or Command Zone device must have a separate subscription in order to permit individually identified data exchange with the StreetWise® server. Tablet subscriptions are unique to the tablet’s MEID number. The fee also covers map license and update costs. This fee will be charged monthly for each tablet that is active on a client’s account.

Legacy CAD Custom Interface Fee

Legacy CAD Interface Fee- $45.00 per month (optional)

For clients having older legacy CAD systems that have no means of exporting any call data in an automated format, such as SMPT (email), SNPP (SMS), HTTP Post API, or FTP, it is possible that a custom polling service application may be able to be installed on the CAD server or a workstation with access to the active call database. This polling service will automatically send the incident data to StreetWise. For the vast majority of our clients that use basic direct email, text paging, or other file transfer methods, or for existing CodeMessaging.net users, this fee does not apply.

StreetWise Responder™ Individual Smartphone App

StreetWise MDT Subscription Service Required

Currently, StreetWise Responder Individual Smartphone App services are only available to active licensed users of the StreetWise Tablet MDT Software (minimum of one MDT subscription). Many of the advanced features of the smartphone app are fully integrated with the apparatus MDT system. The ability for those in an apparatus to see who is responding to a call and from where they are responding is a key element of the overall StreetWise response management system. See the pricing section on Account Initiation Fee to learn more about getting started as a StreetWise Tablet MDT user.

StreetWise Responder App Subscription Fee

Device Subscription Fee – $3.00 per user, per month

Each user smartphone must have a separate subscription in order to permit individually identified data exchange with the StreetWise® server. Smartphone subscriptions are unique to the phone’s MEID number. The fee also covers map license and update costs. This fee will be charged monthly for each phone that is active on a client’s account.

Smartphone users must be authorized by your particular Client Administrator before the subscription can be set up. Smartphone subscriptions may be bundled in with your agency’s overall subscription fees, or you may choose to pay for them individually through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store subscription services.
And, yes, we do know there are cheaper smartphone app solutions on the market. But, as the saying goes, “You get what you pay for!” We encourage you to perform your own comparison, feature to feature, and we are confident you’ll see that the price we charge is completely in line with the level of professional response services you’ll receive with StreetWise Responder.

StreetWise Station SmartBoards

StreetWise MDT Subscription Service Required

Currently, StreetWise Station SmartBoard service is only available to active licensed users of the StreetWise Tablet MDT Software. See the pricing section on Account Initiation Fee to learn more about getting started as a StreetWise Tablet MDT user.

SmartBoard Subscription Fee

Station Subscription Fee – $30.00 per station, per month

Each client’s fire station must have a separate subscription in order to permit individually identified data exchange with the StreetWise® server. Station subscriptions are unique to the stations account number. The fee also covers map license costs. This fee will be charged monthly for each station that is active on a client’s account, but the client may have as many SmartBoards in any particular fire station as they wish at no additional cost.

Users must provide their own television/monitor and must have internet service (Ethernet or WiFi). SmartBoards can be standard high-definition television monitors with HDMI input. Certain “smart televisions” with built-in browsers and full java may be capable of running StreetWise SmartBoards. “Plug and Play” HDMI adapters are available for purchase (see below).

WiFi/Ethernet HDMI Adapter for SmartBoards

WiFi/Ethernet HDMI Adapter Box – $75.00 each, one time purchase

Simply connect this small adapter box to the HDMI input of any standard television or monitor and log it on to your WiFi or Ethernet network to get your StreetWise SmartBoard account up and running in just minutes. The device is programmed to reconnect after any loss of power or connectivity for “plug and play” simplicity. Small enough to be attached to the rear of the monitor with two-sided tape. Purchase one for each monitor at your station, or connect it to an HDMI distribution box to run multiple monitors.

Optional Services and Features

Bi-Directional Server-to-Server CAD Interface Fee

Live CAD Interface Fee- $100.00 per month (optional)

For those client’s that want to use our live CAD server-to-server data feed to send live vehicle locations (AVL) and/or Status Button update feeds from their StreetWise® devices, a Live CAD Interface Service Fee of $100 per month will be assessed. This is a “per agency” monthly fee, not per tablet. This type of live CAD feed is not necessary for basic operation of StreetWise or for simple data interface directly to Emergency Reporting, but is required for clients wishing to take advantage of advanced features such as “closest unit dispatch” or “voiceless unit status” features in their CAD system. For the vast majority of our clients that use basic direct email or file transfer methods this fee does not apply.

StreetWise CADlink has standard Application Programming Interface (API) for these services. However, any custom development work that is required to interface with a specific CAD vendor will require additional development fees, which will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Many CAD systems, however, are already set up to accept StreetWise data in a bi-directional feed.

Emergency Reporting® Records Management Integration

The Power of StreetWise meets the power of Emergency Reporting RMS

Yep, it’s FREE!
Now, StreetWise CADlink® integrates live with your Emergency Reporting® records management software, making life easier for your crews and dramatically improving the accuracy of your response time analysis. StreetWise automatically creates a new incident report in Emergency Reporting® before your crews have even returned to the fire station. Your incident location, nature, date and dispatch time auto-fill into your NFRIS report, ready for completion. Whenever a responder taps a status button in their StreetWise CADlink® response software on their Android, iPad, or Pierce® Command Zone™ device, the precise time is transferred directly into the appropriate unit status time in Emergency Reporting’s NFIRS incident report unit section. Your units will be able to reliably record their status times without relying on busy dispatchers or crowded radio channels.Incident Benchmarks. When an incident commander taps an incident benchmark button in StreetWise, such as “Situation Controlled” or “Patient Contact Made”, the information and precise timestamp is automatically entered into the narrative section of the Emergency Reporting® NFIRS report. Key incident benchmarks provide more precise incident reporting. Waypoints placed during an incident in StreetWise CADlink® are frequently used to identify key tactical actions during an incident. Now, these waypoints and other key incident-specific actions are transferred directly into the narrative section of your Emergency Reporting® NFIRS report, capturing the precise time, action, and even latitude and longitude for more thorough and precise documentation of major incidents.

And the best thing is that StreetWise doesn’t charge for this integration. You will need an integration license from Emergency Reporting, so contact your local sales representative today!

No Long-Term Contract

No Long-Term Contracts Required

StreetWise CADlink® requires no long-term contracts. Although the Account Initiation Fee is required when your service is set up, you can cancel your ongoing service subscription at any time. No worries about “non-appropriation” clauses or other contract commitments. The purchase agreement process is streamlined and specifically tailored to government clients.
